Today we want to talk about beauty – and at the same time about charity. Is this possible? Just wait and see…
Mama Mio is a british-american skincare brand which is poular among women all over the world. Since June the company became a talking point because they became ambassador of the welfare group “Every Mother Counts”.
The organsitation tries to avoid preventable cases of death among girls and women. Worldwide one woman dies every two minutes because of complications during pregnancy or birth – 90 % of these cases of death are avoidable.
For each sold Mama Mio 9 Month Kit the brand donates 5 $ to the organisation.
By the way, topmodel Christy Turlington was the one inventing the idea. She founded the organisation three years ago. Who says, that beauty and charity can´t walk hand in hand?
