❅❅❅ Cookie recipe: Chocolate macaroons ❅❅❅
An absolutely easy recipe, but still super tasty and a real eye catcher.
Ingredients:
200 g of fine sugar
250 g ground almonds
100 g dark chocolate (Lindt 70%)
4 Egg whites
Preparation:
Finely grate chocolate, sugar and mix the ground almonds. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
Shape small mounds and place on a tray lined with baking paper.
Down in the oven and 190° bake about 12 minutes.
For decorating:
Bring some chocolate to melt and dip the macaroons with the tip.
